41. A member must charge and accept fair and reasonable remuneration; the remuneration is fair and reasonable if it is justified by circumstances and corresponds to the services rendered, in particular, to the sector of activity, the experience and the knowledge of the member, the difficulty, the importance and the time devoted to the performance of professional services.
